Dear Paragon Skills, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the apparent mismanagement of the apprenticeship course in which I am currently enrolled. The lack of organization and support has significantly impacted my Job role experience, and I feel compelled to address these issues as they are now affecting my mental health. Throughout the duration of the enrolment of the course, there have been numerous instances of disorganization, inconsistency in communication, and inadequate support for apprentices like me. These issues have made it exceedingly difficult to focus on learning and have caused unnecessary stress and anxiety. First, I was enrolled, I was being asked for papers , which I submitted straight away, after completing all the formalities , A lady Called Loise webb contacted me and asked for the RTW code, Which I submitted. I have attended the first induction class , completed my English and math course which took hours and hours. And immediately after finishing the course I was being told that, as my visa is going to expire before the course ended, I am not eligible to continue my course. I accepted that politely. but tried to convince then by telling certainly, I will extend my visa before it expires, I was confirmed that I won’t be able to enrol on the course. After few days I was being contacted again and told , that I can continue my course there is no more barriers. I started again , did 2 sessions with my tutor ( Nicky), explained her what happened with me. My tutor told me to continue and requested me for some more paper , Marriage certificate to be more exact. I handed her over. Then after few days I was being told to give the RTW again which I provided previously numerous times. I submitted the RTW again , I was booked for my next class as well and after 2 days I was being told to submit my proof of completing my English and math course to Loise Webb. Today I received an email from Nicky stating, I am not allowed to continue the course. I really felt heartbroken and rationally abused.
