Great work! It’s beautiful…I’ve a question: what is exactly the “green object” that you used to draw the white lines on grass?
@watercolorimpressions11 күн бұрын
@@antoniorelli thank you 🙏 I am using a scratch technique, the green filament is to take the paper from the watercolor block so you don't damage the paper or get paper cut. You can use your nail, knife or anything sharp to make those lines to replicate grass. Let me know if this helps and ask if you have any other questions.

What is the orange colour 2nd right from top on right side you use at the beginning?
@watercolorimpressions11 күн бұрын
@@shaunsart I used cadmium orange with little white to make it pale. You can use any orange pigment, however if you use transparency it's hard to get the value. That's why it's good to use little white in it. Hope this helps, let me know if you need any clarifications.

it looks like you are painting vertically, is the important? Or am I mistaken?
@watercolorimpressionsАй бұрын
@@timothykroh3074 it's upto artist reference, if you paint in vertically the blending feels seamless and creates nice gradients because of gravity. Whereas, if you paint flat you have to move around the paint when you apply it. However, once you learn how to control it, both feel effortless. Hope this helps. Do you paint big or small?
