Crazy that you're running the system you're running and the game still throws out issue, the frame jitter and texture loss would annoy me, It's subtle but it's there all the same. Also I noticed and mlo when you were driving towards the LS Customs in the city, There's a chance it may not be optimised if it's giving you lag like that.
