I can't change the country I have an android, I searched on Google and apparently you can only change countries every 12 months and I changed my phone in january so maybe it's that... So I can't salvage my account, I'm fucked then?

I'm not defending netease but my own opinion, it feels like a waste of cash if its not being put to use, i'm hoping they don't shut down the servers mainly bc its a unfinished game and this is the only game on my phone that runs well and that i full on like, i never did have trouble with purchases so i was never fully aware of this happening, anyways sorry for the long comment but i just wanted to talk bout it, losing this game now scares me

What a stupid video... your experiences are unique, and do not apply to all players. I spend hundreds without issue, and get a match within 30 seconds. Warner Brother didn't shut down their game for lack of success, it was because of their business strategy pivot out of live service games. Try not to hyperbolize and maybe take a rational approach to things.

Should have asked them too for proof and screenshots of your successful purchase of the gems I personally think this is an transfer issue, some players reported they couldn't get their jewels when they bought something right after their transfer because it most likely went to the ghist account that you used for the transfer and dont have access to

Dude the nerf to Scamanders suitcase!!? They didn't. I expected nothing from them and i have been dissappointed either... kinda a 40000 gems gacha event. youre insane theres no way jajaj ❤️🩹 oppugno was innocous for me, idunno it seems like they dont play their own game willingly so. at least they're trying to be more constant with the balance patchs so it's sorta an initiative

@@beansinmyjeans20 I am not sure I understand your question apologies. But as far as I understand you are having issues to login to your NetEase account. Do you remember which G-mail you transfered your account? If so, you should log in with that account and pick the server you transferred like Sphynx and Ashwinder, etc.
