UPDATE: in the video I mentioned that my adhd assessment would be any day now after being on the waiting list for over 3 and a half year. It was last week. It turns out this is actually only for an initial assessment to see if I fit the criteria to be referred for a diagnosis (which i do). The waiting list for that is another 7 years. Incase others on the waiting list get their hopes up! I was completely unaware
