Thanks so much for sharing! I used to live in Tottori City in the 1990s. Fun to reminisce with you, but also sad to see how depopulated it is now.

hello. Im traveling too Japan soon. How many time did it take for you to get to this viewing point 3:32 , since you entered the bridge? Also, do you have to pay anything to walk in the bridge?? Your answers would help me a lot ☺☺

Satoshi I have a sour cream and onion recipe for you. Open top of bag and finely crush a few bags of sour cream and onion chips in the bag. Make sure to use reg chips, not ripple or thick. Cut boneless chicken about 1/4" thick, into strips or nuggets. Heat oil in frying pan,med high. Roll chicken in eggwash, then roll into crushed chips in a bowl or on tray. Put chicken in pan and fry both sides until light brown. When cooked, put on tray with rack to drain, and then salt. You can thank me, later, lol. Hint: The more chicken you roll may make chips soggy. Add more chips to bowl or tray and use those. ❤

Nothing I haven't been to Japan yet. I probably never will get to go because my travel friend doesn't like eastern cuisines. Any of them and is unwilling to try new things. She barely likes western cuisine actually.

These are always fun to watch. Things I would never get but want to know. You cannot compare 7/11 to restaurants or proper bakeries. Compare to Family Mart. Also, maybe add the mapo eggplant to the boring noodle dish. See if that combo works.

I got a new (for me) favourite from 7eleven this year; a very hard rice cracker. It almost breaks your teeth so hard but so delicious. And nothing beats the custard waffles in the refrigerated section in 7eleven.

12:06 i thought that was like a small size like a cup noodle but 12:23 that looks like pretty big bowl. cool separation thing for the broth and other food. does it make a difference like the onigiri to maintain crispiness of the seaweed or just a thing they do for ready to eat heat up and go kind of thing over there.

I always enjoy your shows. They are very funny to watch. One thing though, it's not the deep freeze what kills the crispiness of food, but the way it is prepared by using a microwave. We can get tons of frozen food items here which are always very crispy, but they are not prepared in a microwave, but in an oven or hot oil. Those chicken tenders would have probably been much better if the sauce part would be separate from the tenders themselves and the tenders heated in an oven or in oil. You could always add the sauce at the end of the preparation.

7-11 in Japan is good. Really all the major "konbini" are good. But of course it's not restaurant or home cooked quality so I wouldn't live on "konbini" food indefinitely!

I have to admit, your reactions _do_ influence what sounds best to me. Soooo...it's the Tantanmen Ramen that appeals to me most in this go-around.😋 The Shrimp Doria also looked good, but was obviously lacking something. Thanks for doing the taste testing for us, guys. In a country where there's so much delicious food it's nice to have some guidance. 💜💜
