Question, you never post a parts list, will you be posting one? Or any way you can post where you buy your parts?
@WhiteAuto9 күн бұрын
Hey! I have replied to your comment on the other video, but these are the three main places I order from: 1. Rock Auto Super affordable and has a huge selection for tons of parts. 2. FCP Euro (only for German cars) Their lifetime warranty on all parts is awesome! I usually get stuff from them that needs replacing often, like brakes, suspension parts, and air suspension stuff. I skip FCP for things that are more of a one-and-done deal, like engine mounts or a blower motor. 3. AMSOIL I use AMSOIL fluids for all my cars. The quality is great, and they ship everything right to your door.

Hello, where do you purchase all of your parts? Do you ever purchase directly from the dealership? Please advise as I am working on all of the same replacements on my 2010 GLK 350.

Hi I have a question I need to replace my 2010 mercedes-Benz GLK350 FRONT TORQUE STRUT BUSHINGS TORN or just buy the whole unit but I don’t know what it is or what it looks like can you Help? Thanks
@WhiteAuto21 күн бұрын
Hey! Sounds like you’re talking about the front lower control arms. You can replace just the bushings, but you'll need a hydraulic press to remove and install them. If you’re doing it yourself, I'd recommend getting the full control arms, as they’re easier to replace with basic tools. But if you’re taking it to a shop, you can buy just the bushings since they'll have the equipment to handle it. Feel free to message me on Insta: itsdylanwhite_auto, if you need more help 😎

When one airmatic strut goes out, the rest will follow as well. And I doubt they are the originals, they normally only last 7-10 years depending on quality and driving habit before they start to leak. And the bolts would’ve been harder to take off just like the sway bar link.
@WhiteAutoАй бұрын
Statistically, yes, you are definitely right! But the car was sitting for 8 years of its life, and the first owner had all the documents with no air suspensions work done except the compressor. I am the second owner :).

The advantage of W220 is, it´s very reliable if well maintenanced and very much a do-it-yourself car.So,it can be very cheap to own.

My 2 cents. If you're going to trust jackstands with your life I'd recommend using 2 sets or at least the car's wheels as a backup.

The car is high mileage. Is it not risky to change the transmission fluid at such a high mileage? Could the fluid change cause transmission slippage? Anyway, love the video!
@WhiteAuto3 ай бұрын
I had the exact same concern when I was changing my transmission fluid. When contacting the delear and doing my research, both have told me that doing a flush of the transmission fluid can damage the internal clutches (yes, automatic transmissions also have clutches), but doing a drain and a fill, like I have done in the video is really beneficial. The transmission fluid has a few additives that over time burn off essentially due to heat. Draining that old fluid and replacing it with clean new fluid actually lubricates those clutches preventing slippage and damage to the transmission. Thanks for the support and asking the question! Feel free to ask more!!

should be using liquimoly not amsoil in the euro cars
@WhiteAuto4 ай бұрын
I have researched lots about the ams oil European Formula, and it seems to be performing better than Liquimoly. I have also been using the ams oil in the s-class for 2 years now, and it honestly seems to be a bit better. I will definitely research more thou :)

Amazing choice man. You can practice a bunch of different things on it. You may have it for quite a long time if you decide to center your motorcycle Journey more around honing your skills vs upgrading bikes. And another thing, 19000 km is nothing on that bike, but if you managed to get a lower price because of that, thats great! LOL. Go fast and careful man.
@WhiteAuto4 ай бұрын
I definitely agree! The power delivery on this bike is super good as well, so it's almost impossible to get bored from it. I was under the assumption that 19k for a motorbike is quite a lot, but now i know it's nothing, especially for a Honda! Thank you for the comment and ride safe as well 😎
