The breeders are having a whale of a time compared to the lifeless husk that is modern pixies . Sad I wish Frank continued with the catholics they were putting out some great tunes.

Just a friendly reminder that Kim is 63 years old. I think she has found the fountain of youth.

Love this 🌞 the acoustics in the albert hall are dreadful though - this sounds great

Agree. It sounded pretty terrible in person, boomy and woolly, almost painful, indistinct vocals, etc -- was amazed how much better it sounded on this recording.

Kim’s bass was so powerful in this. They meant every note they played. Fantastic gig.

The joy evident in her after Josephine played Charles’ “breakdown” part and everyone comes back in… she was really feeding off the crowd’s energy and giving it right back. Wonderful to see and hear.

Looks like they were actually recording the album : it's not common to see a videoclip where they show thesong being put on tape.

thank you so much for uploading! another channel, ScottishTeeVee, uploaded this but plastered it with their watermark (which they do to all the otherwise pretty great footage they post) i understand wanting to spread your "brand" but cmon man, put the watermark before or after the video, not overtop of it!

It’s so trippy to think here’s a song I love, and here’s the band playing it when I was literally 1 y.o. And not to my knowledge, I would find it years and years later. So weird to think about 😂

I fucking hope so because I’m nothing like these normal fucking people with jobs.

Ted is a good mate although we lost contact for a while when I lived in NZ. Last I heard he was training to be a cosmonaut. Incidentally, I took the picture of him in a pub in Eccles for the dust jacket for Beyond the Last Oasis.
