I just made some last week because I want something aside from just Poke like usual! with Sashimi grade tuna and salmon bite size diced with minced lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, 3 crab fish sauce, A spoon splash of Crab payaya padek sauce, Fresh Toasted ground sticky rice powder.. and tossed with fresh Herbs of Purple Onion, green onions, Cilantro, Vietnamese Coriander, Mint and Fresh picked Thai Chilis... Also with Fresh side of celery sticks to scoop them!
