u get what u pay for , this hotel was great could'nt fault a thing somewhere to lay ur head , eat , drink , sunshine was in the 30's , kids entertained , day and night , nice people , the staff work long hours , went may 2013 with 2 fussy kids and my dad and partner , and would go back again

Clearly not read the text or watched the video. We stayed there one night because we had to due to a cancelled flight. We paid for a holiday in a nice hotel and were then dumped in this place. In my opinion, it is a dump. They RENT fans out to guests because there is no air con. Who would build a hotel in the Canaries with no air con? Apparently it gets quite warm there.

This hotel is great, its just people like you who expect every hotel to be 5 star! Please do go to the broncemar beach, its a fantatic holiday

im not avoiding this holiday i went there in 2011 and it was beautiful and the aparntment was amazing No crockcoaches no nothing unfortuanny we diddnt get a balcony but it was still amazing anyway who cares about the house i spent most of my time in the swimming pools and holiday trips and i wish to go bk there but my mum says we cant because the prices have gone up!! it was the best holiday i went on and i still miss it! u should of shown the place where u eat and the swimming pools!!!!!!!!!!!
