Thank you. The hose on mine was also broken. When I called the company, they told me I needed to buy replacement rollers. That didn't fix the problem. I ordered the replacement hose on Amazon. I'm hoping it makes my mop like new.

You should not use it as a vacuum. Vacuum you floors first it will have a greater longevity 😊

Tineco built it with inferior material for that part the the rest of the unit works great

How did you get the old hose off? Mine keeps tearing and I can’t get it removed from the machine.

You just let it tear in a spiral.. pull it out so the spiral undoes itself inside the fitting until there's none left.

Bought replacement hose of Amazon. Appears to be correct hose, it fits to the pick up side but seems to big to go inside vacuum side and too small to go around? Maybe I forgot a adapter piece or maybe spread the hose to fit ?

Having the same issue here . Did you end up getting a different hose or where you able to stretch it ? On the pickup side it screws in perfectly but on the tank side it seems too small

Seems there was a small adapter piece that I had forgotten to put on. Works great now, good luck
