Any reaction to John's "getting friendly" with his pianist Rob? Still, these antics were nothing compared to what he did at the end of the show. I love that John works "outside the bounds," but he was more than a little over the top at this show -- check out his performance at the end of their final song "Let's all Go to the Bar."

Even after 128 views I'm surprised no one's commented on John's antics at the end. Pete Townsend-esque guitar smashing. Pulling a Jim Morrison, although I don't think Jim tried to pluck a guitar with his thing, and then "making love" to his guitar with his pants down. I love John's talent is the fourth time I've seen Deer Tick, but these antics were more than a little over the top for me I felt bad for Ian O'Neill who'd announced his parents were in the audience.
