They just finished installing the pool tile yesterday. Thought we were 50% of the way done. Based on this time lapse, we're more like 35% complete.

I guesstimate this was easily over 100k U.S. I would struggle to justify paying that and never be home, except maybe for random weekends. I would just buy in a neighborhood that has a community pool.

Quite a bit of re digging up in the Sam spot. Maybe draw up an underground plan to work from and dig once. The pool came up well though.

5 months and 95k is way too long and way too much. It’s beautiful, no doubt. For 95k I would have expected a bigger pool, a waterfall, and better landscaping.

Barbara Rowley Barbara Rowley so you know the customer is happy with it? If you had bothered to read the comments of the person that posted the video, wrong things were installed, work slow down after they received most if not all of the money even though the work wasn’t completed, and they had to deal with issues past completion. So for you to claim that the customer is happy is a big assumption on your part. Do you know the people who posted the video? Did you question to see how happy they were and receive a response?I doubt it. I don’t like to see people being taken advantage of. That’s why I care. I live in Texas, and this company is charging way too much for this work. The reason they paid so much is because people are willing to pay it. Doesn’t make it right. They have cheap labor for Gods sake. Guaranteed a lot of those guys working are grossly underpaid. Buying a pool from this company Is like going to Neiman Marcus to buy fruit of the loom underwear and paying 30% more than if you were to get them at walmart. Same item, but paying a premium because of where you got it from. I expect when I go to Neiman Marcus, I won’t have any issues with my purchase, and any arising issues I have, if any, will be swiftly taken care of because I’m paying a 30% mark up on my underwear. If Riverbend Sandler is going to charge 95k for this, it’s better be top notch everything, and clearly it wasn’t. The definition of a happy customer is someone who doesn’t have issues during construction or after the final product is completed, clearly not the case here.
