That explained why this move works a lot in Black Box made Need for Speed games.

He understood centrifugal gravity load vector and also the friction ratio between metal and whatever that wall was made of. This was like a Hail Mary pass, only cooler.

Wallriding became popular in racing games all because of Ross Chastain haha. If there's a logical reason for online players using that dirty move, they at least know where it all started.

I love how all the drivers were cool with it, if not impressed, or appreciative. Racers want to win, in any way possible. Dude's move is immortal.

F1 fans are trying to debate and say that their sport is more technical they may be right but I prefer ovals and rectangles and tri ovals and you know the occasional roval and of course the road course. Also this is one of the best things I have seen this is why I like nascar cause sh*t like this can happen he has joined the club of being a rule-maker due to the fact that this got vaporizedright after it was done.

Coolest thing I’ve seen in person until you realize he was stuck on the corner and couldn’t pull away, and slamming or pressing on the breaks would have put every other drivers life at risk.

Honestly the best part about this was that everybody was genuinely impressed. Nobody at least from this video seemed to be a Karen about it. Like obviously they Can't let that be a normal thing, but everybody appreciated it for how cool it was in the moment.

So did NASCAR make a rule to address this? If so, what is the exact wording of the rule?

Please tell me they didn’t rule against this, it was amazing!

They did. It's a dangerous move. Someone tried it a few weeks prior in the Xfinity race and took out another car. Now imagine if half a dozen cars tried this at once.

Can someone give context to why it’s called a “video game” move? I don’t get it.
@FIQ22562 ай бұрын
a lot of racing games have a thing called "wall ride". Wall riding is when you take advantage of non-realistic physics in driving games and rub up against walls when cornering and passing, which exactly what Ross Chastain did during his NASCAR season in the video
