you can also try using the dragunov SVD. one shot kill anywhere above the waist. use a point shooting grip with a 7x hunter scope and you can do CQB as well

Always start with Rifleman to learn the game and maps. Then you can start playing other roles. I'd recommend demolition and machine gunner. Once you're more confident and experienced then you can hop up to Marksman and observer/commander. All guns are useful. Just try them out and see what you like.

Takes a bit to get used to. My advice would just be to move slower than you think you should. The game feels like a run and gun but it's definitely setup for a slower style of movement.

FYI I served in the Marines 13th MEUSOC ( 1/9 The Walking Dead ) 84-88 we had the M16 A2 and colt 1911 45 ACP then swithced to the Beretta M9. I held Expert with that weapon 500 meters max accuracy total distance 800 merters ( BARE IRON SIGHT) optics was not a big thing yet in those days, except for that scope but most of us did not use teh scope just stuck to iron sights. And I do play Insurgency and use the A4 for better choice of optics. Sonetimes I will use the A2 for flashback !!!! If you run a auto clicker you can make it a full controlable full auto and your pistol.

Honestly I don’t bother because this gun has burst. Also I would say the best setup for this is supressor, aim grip, and optic of your choice. You will be shooting people fast and quietly. Feel free to switch the grip for the bipod or the smoke launcher as those are the only other options for rifleman that actually help.

I find pvp to be a mood killer as the veteran players tend to camp spawns. I play on console and just bought this on pc only because of IMC mod

Yeah I've seen that before. Honestly the team balancing system kinda sucks so most of the time it's not that the newer players are bad, it's that they don't understand how to use assets (commander/observer) properly to push and defend. Like in this video, none of my kills would have happened if they dropped a simple smoke screen down the center road and honestly they could have easily taken objective that way.

@scenedogs3267 best way to learn sniping is to get a battle rifle as a rifleman and put a scope on it then just play as support. Saves a Marksman role and you won't get yelled at if you do bad😂. I'd recommend the MDR, G3, or FN FAL. they absolutely suck at CQB but are similar enough to Sniper Rifles to work with. Once you've got a loadout with that idea you can start exploring the map. Sniping is more about good angles than aim/weapon.

Facts I’m a new player! I’m only 4 days in and I get what the veterans are doing. Went from getting 10-13 kills to 30+ kills. Yes by spawn camping it’s pretty fucking dumb. But whatever I guess. I also learned about bunny hopping. Like uh is this cod? I can jump in site doing 360’s and for the most part you will kill at least one person maybe 2 or 3 or 4 😂 I thought this game would be more realistic but I forgot us gamers find a way to ruin everything. (Console player)

I was playing on PC for this video and it was on hard-core so I think that has something to do with it (anti-gun and run mode). Try pressing left stick? That's usually sprint on console.

'Hard-core Push' it's a limited time mode but they bring it in relatively frequently. Just slows down the gameplay and makes it a little harder. I'm guessing the run animation is specific to this mode since it takes longer to ADS.

You need to learn how to track them when they are in your sight and running towards the right or left. Kovaak's FPS trainer will teach you how to track them and get on target real quick.

I just use the VHS-2 since it's fast and accurate in full auto mode and not too much horizontal recoil.

Guys/ladies /transformers , if you truly wanna experience this game in all its glory ….please give PvP and honest attempt . It’s so satisfying being out in the field trying to win. Even with a team ….you feel so alone at completely at the mercy of a perfectly camouflaged sniper in the hills you have no idea where . The action is intense . All is good until you see a stray bullet drop your team mate inches in front of you . Excellent game

there are some issues that keep the game from being the perfect tactical shooter. 1) you can't hear others reload (reload sounds only work in first person viewmodel) 2) the reactions and voicovers are client sided (you may be screaming in the enemy's game while you think you're stealth) 3) weapons need rebalancing, there are many useless and ugly weapons, useless attachments etc. bonus) first person view model does not have legs, does not perfectly depict your position and stance in tps vm.

True. I would consider all those secondary things though. At the core of it gameplay matters the most; and for its availability (Xbox, Playstation, PC), it's the best option for casual gamers who want a hard-core experience. If we wanted to get into PC specific games I could do a whole video on it but for the average gamer it's more of a barrier to entry. It's also just a complete game😂 shouldn't be a requirement but all these shooter game developers are releasing half ready "microwaved" games that only have the barebones to qualify as a shooter let alone in the tactical genre.

I use this same setup except I use the flip magnifier and suppressor but I use the bipod a lot in prone and on window seals and short walls or sandbags. Thing is the most accurate gun in the game when it’s setup on the bipod. Thing straight up zippers the enemy.
