Sir very appreciable the shift duty chart but in case of different employee performed thier duty defferent shift and weekly is also different different date. In that situations the actual working hours and actual weekly off hours calculated formula advised because camparasion with normal shift duty and shift duty weekly off hours not equal i.e. in shift duty employee shortfall of weekly hours how calculated. Please advise

Sir your attendance list very appreciable but please advise how to calculated the actual work hours and actual weekly off hours whenever the employee performed in resolving shift duties. How to get the difference hours of shift duty normal off hours and weekly off hours. i e. Short fall hours of shift duty employees. Please advise

It can be done with combination Fn Key. You can also do it manually. If the reference is F3, you have to put $ before letter & number as $F$3

Hello, really appreacite your job here, its helpful a lot, but I have an issue with the Employee columns, I copied your script, but always when I put someone new or delete someone, all columns hide from B8:B107, not like yours. Hi Sir, how do I have a: - 24 hours shift with two shifts (day and night shift per day). - for those who have night shift will go for rest tomorrow. - day shift will need 4 pax while night shift will need 2 pax. -the shift should distribute evenly with weekend shift will have more pointers.

In this workbook, there is a Leave sheet, you have to enter there, then in settings sheet you have tick that function on right side of the sheet. then create the roster.
