While setting up conditional formatting rules to color the acronyms, I encountered a problem when dealing with acronyms that consist of two or more letters. In this workbook, there is a Leave sheet, you have to enter there, then in settings sheet you have tick that function on right side of the sheet. then create the roster.

your tutorial is wonderfully. i just have a question if we have different people with different rotations we have to input all that differently but how to manage it when the rotations for all the employees is 12 weeks circle and then rotation again repeat for 1-12 and then so on for the whole year. How to go about it
