Posting this on KZbin is good evidence for the local conservation officer is issue a ticket for no Hunter Orange during the firearm bear season. Other than that congrats on a nice Michigan bear.

Just wondering if you have Property or State land Hunting? We have property by Newberry and Hunt at camp an been baiting for 30 yrs! So much for the scent thing with all of those people? One thing you do have is a pile of bait! Living down by all the Suppliers makes it cheap! By time pay trucking it’s outrageous up here.

Man, I watch a lot of bear hunting videos. But, this hunt with your grandpa was awesome. The appreciation you 3 generations had on that hunt brought a tear to my eye. Good stuff!!

I know right where you are at. That center used to be big Aspen and Pines. My dad killed a 6x7 in the far back corner in 2015. Dark rack just like your bull. Congrats man! That’s a sweet area and a beautiful bull

Most of us pronounce it "Newfin-lan" all one word. Don't emphasize the tree 🤣 syllables. Only 2 syllables.

Now THAT is a great bear camp! I have 6pts plus my application this year for the gladwin area, I get bear on camera every Sept at my deer camp so I’m hopeful this year

The guides tell you to keep shooting until the moose is down due to how much ground a moose can cover in a short period of time. It may not be apparent in the video but the terrain in Newfoundland is rugged and waste high for a human but not a moose that stands 7 ft. at the shoulders!

Awesome video. I’m from Nova Scotia but was away guiding Moose Hunts in Ontario when the hurricane hit. I didn’t even find out about it until a few weeks after, so I found it super cool to see a video of moose hunting in it lol

The horns are just the add on bonus but the meat has fed our entire family and friend group here where we are from it’s been a blessing.

do you guys utilize the meat or just about the wood,,,what a waste o meat if you dont...im from New Zealand and hunting here is some of te best in the world....but the meat is always used as food...not just trophy hunters
