When the first suicide squad movie came out, Lego released Batman sets based on some of those characters' comic looks. I don't see why they can't release sets similar to the helicopter set where it's just comic book characters with a Deadpool figure on the side.

Disneyland did allow Deadpool to have a section in avengers campus so I don’t see why Lego wouldn’t wanna profit off of him. But I think as a compromise, they’ll do an 18+ set for him.
