Many of those who kept on buying homes are, after the interest rate increase, desperate to sell the same. When talking about the state of economy one can't cite a handful of successful people but has to look at the condition of general populace. Majority of Canadians can't afford the house despite the decent income.

ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਘਰ 20 ਤੋ 25 % ਅਸਲੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਤੋ ਵੱਧ ਹਨ , ਘਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਕਮੀ ਨਹੀਂ , ਘਰ ਗਲਤ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੌਰਟਗੇਜ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਲੋਕਾ ਦੇ ਹੋਲਡ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ।ਬਾਕੀ ਅਲਵਿਰਟਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਵਾਹਦ ਘਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੀ ਗਰਾਵਟ ਆਵੇਗੀ।

Sahm rules relates to unemployment and not to negative GDP numbers for more than 2 months consecutive. This is relating to recession. Recession sets in if the fed unemployment rate increase by 0.5% for 3 consecutive months. GDP indicator of recession is not considered accurate in certain situations
