Nice session! Often peeps don't realize. Composing and singing are very different. Sonu is a great singer, but did he compose much?

yes he has composed for 2 films ; one was "Jal" which was short listed for Oscars in 2014 for Best Background score. He also has composed one of his albums fully "Chanda ki Doli" ; recently he composed "Hanuman Chalisa" for which he received an independent music award.

Thats because he is a trained Ghazal singer; Sonu is a Film song singer and he is not formally trained. Big difference.
