First, I want to say that your KZbin channel truly stands out! Your content is engaging and has incredible potential. After reviewing your channel, I’ve identified several potential issues that could be preventing it from reaching its full potential in attracting views and subscribers.

Unfortunately, I'm 30% of the way into the video and you still haven't started talking about Consistency or Perfection. I generally avoid long videos because they take too long getting to the point. But, I made an exception in this case because the topic looked interesting.

Sarah Kirkpatrick is a bully and racist who has all the time and energy to message everyone about me or my business just because I can’t give her a refund yet. We have emailed each other in the morning and agreed to a refund date and yet she would message people in the afternoon like a crazy lady out of nowhere. I wouldn’t work with a person like this who claims she’s an entrepreneur and yet would destroy another entrepreneur who’s suffering. Here’s our picture together with the interview supposed to be published but since she can’t get her refund, she went into Karen mode.

Truly the excellence of I don't care what anybody else says or thinks. Bret Hart has more than earned my respect he was the first wrestler that really made me believe and what. I can look back on his matches today and I can still see the difference between all the flash and fluff to the real. And all I can think when I see that man in action is there goes the best there is the best there was and the best I ever will be.

Wow, I am remiss to have taken so long to comment on this great piece of work. All I can say is that I am forever grateful for being Bruno's coach. He is the epitome of a coachable person. I marvel at his transformation from the day I met him in 2004. Thank you Bruno for putting out this video that summarizes a few key points about leadership and coaching.
Culture is just a word. You cannot find five people who agree with any corporate culture definition. I've been in business for 50 years, the last 25 of which was consulting at the F500 CEO level. In my culture consulting, I would begin by having the CEO and officers describe in writing how they would define their current culture. I had to stop doing that; the results were so completely different that you would not guess they described the same company. Then imagine getting the CEO and officers to agree on what they wanted the culture to be. Obviously, most follow the CEO's comments. Then comes the problem, how do you drive that new culture down to the coal face. It is tough. Check out this example; their stock was $18 and recently hit $95. I agree that HR has little impact when it comes to fixing culture. In the article shared here, HR had no role to play. Hundreds of policies were deleted or altered, whole departments eliminated, and a few bullies sent home. All this is from employees' responses to a single 9-word survey question in ten weeks.

I enjoyed your video about when you should hire a fractional CFO and understand how crucial it is for growing companies to have a strong CFO presence. I have been a CFO, COO and CEO of various companies and truly appreciate the importance of all three roles in building strong businesses. I am now assisting entrepreneurs to grow their businesses by evaluating strengths and weaknesses across the "Three Pillars of Success" - 1. Vision/Strategic Planning; 2. Financial Strength/Accounting Systems; and, 3. Operations Efficiency. While I offer a 3-In-1 fractional CFO, COO & CEO advisory service to Charlotte-based businesses, my goal is to assist all entrepreneurs to understand the importance of these three executive functions and strengthen all three, as needed, to optimize cash flow and profits. I'll be adding detailed and instructional videos on this topic and hope to build a useful platform for entrepreneurs in the KZbin community. If you would watch my 2 minute video, I would love to get your feedback regarding the message and its usefulness to growing companies. Keep up the good work!
