Hi! I'm so sorry for replying so late. Unfortunately, you can't get a refund from zepeto. If you'd like to get a refund, you "must not" use just a single zem to buy the items. 🙏🏽 I hope this comment helps you! 💖

Hi! I'm so sorry to reply you so late but here's the answers! Q : Is it possible to get a refund after purchasing without consent? A : Yes! You can get a refund for sure but make sure you don't use the zems/ coins that your son had purchased until you got a new update from zepeto that your money was already back to your account and the amount of zem is back to its previous amount. For example, your son had 5 zems in total after purchase for 7 zems your son would get 12 zems in total but the 7 zems he purchased was your money so you have to make sure that your son didn't use any of the purchased items/ zems right after you made a refund to Zepeto team because if the team got notice that this account had used the items/ zems after purchasing, the request of refund will be considered as an invalid request. Q : When will they reply to my request or where they reply to my request through email right? A : Normally, it will take time around 1-7 days for them to reply you back and give your refund which is real money back to your bank account and you can see the update on the notification page. You can click to see the detail about the refund from Zepeto and what you had sent the proof to them too! Or you can go to your setting and click "Help Center" and then click "My activities" to see other requests you made. In the other hand, you can contact them directly again if nothing still happens by writing them another request and make sure to add your email address in the blank. They will try to reply you back as soon as possible. It takes time around 2-3 days! Mine is just only one day! Hi! Have you already used premium for months right? I think premium cancellation cannot get a refund back because you already used the benefit from premium. Anyway, you can read more the refund criteria on help center of this game.

Hi! You can ask zepeto for your refund anytime even though you had already purchased long time ago but you have to keep the bill to prove that you actually purchased zems or coins in this game. Make sure to not use zems or coins that you purchased to buy "ANY ITEM" because it's against the refund policies and you won't get a refund. 🙏🏽

According to the zepeto refund policy, if the zepeto team had fixed your problem and gave your zems back as a refund, i think you won't get your money back. For my case, the zems I purchased are already came but I just want to cancel for giving everyone an example about getting refund. After I finished asking for a refund, I got all of my money back and the zems are back to the former amount too. Did I make it clear? If you still don't understand please let me know!
