Excellent workout bro. It helps to have eyeless Dave staring at me the whole time, judging me...

Hey mate, first of of thanks for the great videos which gives people to practice in very decent way. I am follow and practice everyday with your videos and very glad to bump into you for it. When I realized it had been 2 years since your last videos, I became a bit upset. I hope you are planning to come back with new ones. I really appreciate what you've done so far and got my lazy ass to exercise.

I used to think i could rush something like this. I tried playing it as fast as i could for 20-30 min, but i realised that focus and consistency is the key

Nice dude, why not do a vid like this with tempo increasing each round (maybe you have) Edit or Playback speed x1.25 = 112.5bpm, x1.5 = 135bpm.

As a player with a weak left hand would a constant LRLRLRLR LLLLLLLL loop not work out the weak hand alot more? I also like trying rlrLrlrL rLrLrLrL. I think those two would make a cool video. enjoying the content , thanks

This channel has really helped me with a few things. I've been playing a long time, but wasnt really taught much. It took me some time to get comfortable with this sticking for some reason, but I just nailed this at 200 bpm. Thsnks again. 🤘 Next is to really try and crank this and my paradiddles up.

I find it fascinating how your left shoulder lifts and your left elbow drifts to the side when you're doing the double strokes. Might help to check your finger/wrist technique on your left hand.

Thanks for the great channel. I've noticed a significant improvement by merely playing along with these videos. I wonder if you've ever considered laying down some grooves with this same format such that one could learn them by repeating them over and over again until they become second nature. You could start with some pretty basic ones, and then move on to intermediate and advanced ones. I would love to discover some of these in your line up of videos. Thanks again!

I’ve been playing drums till I saw the Beatles in Ed Sullivan at 13. In 72 now. It was a battle the whole way because they wouldn’t let girls play drums and my parents weren’t very supportive. I’m kind of a hack and a bit lazy at practicing. Your workout is really good and I’m using it everyday. Hopefully I’ll get some speed and control. Thanks a bunch!
