I so wish all of the tree branch and root branch forming wasn't so sped up, I really wanted to see how you achieved the look. Great tutorial otherwise.

Ok, this is awesome, and I appreciate it!! (Now I need to learn how to get multiple LEDs to a 9 volt! Was your background music from LOTR??
@dungeonsndesigns8793 жыл бұрын
For the wiring, it is pretty easy actually. Just google wiring in parallel (if you do it in series, if one light formed out they all go out). For the music, it is a free one that comes on my iPhone.

I like. For the parchment around the LED, I think would use a White Drinking straw. Just down to the height and just slip it right over the LED.

One of the reasons I post this are for some of the awesome ideas people give that can make things easier!

fantastic, perfect! you should show a tutorial how to make this dungeon... it was one of the best d&d dungeons I found on the internet... could you record some videos teaching you step by step?
@dungeonsndesigns8793 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much! I will do my best to make some videos to show how to make this dungeon! I am currently working on the layer above that will stack on top. It will be the outside with a tavern

If you strain the water off your sponge before you mix it into the paint, you'll dramatically decrease your dry time.

Nice, I grow crystals from various chemicals and had actually wanted to try some organic shaped. MY first was an exhaustively complicated mix of wire sizes taped over, glues then adding in sand as as a base for the crystals. What came out blew me away it was literally a shock as the color in the solution was too dark for me to see what was going on. I will link some stuff after like my flickr that shows some mineral specimens as well as a lot of crystals I have done. I am going to see if I can link in a more solo link to that tree if I put it on imugr perhaps. I did a nice sized one a couple months ago and crystallized it with copper sulfate and it came out so amazing. I really want to utilize this specific skill though to experiment perhaps with crystallizing and adding a little of your foliage. I will credit you if it works out though it would be a while form start to finish. I have something working right now inspired by the Lorax Truffula trees. A chemical that produces bright orange blooms of crystal but that would be a more palm tree look I think. Thanks for doing this I watched both tutorials and your video is already at work in my brain =). OK, hope this goes ok it's my first tree by itself : imgur.com/gallery/Q4fxa. Here is the Flickr page if your interested: www.flickr.com/photos/135759966@N03/. thanks again

Hey, I was wondering what type of glue you use for the foliage, is it pva?
@dungeonsndesigns8794 жыл бұрын
Harald Björnwid yes. The brand name I used was “Tacky Glue” but it is PVA.
@RLBndR3 жыл бұрын
The brand, Aileens tacky glue is a very concentrated pva
