Those carts are actually original models typically seen in newer stores (and occasionally as replacements in existing stores). They are quite similar to what Ollie's now uses, but dark grey. The Bed Bath & Beyond carts were most certainly sold, whether to another retailer or to another Job Lot store in need of carts.
