eh the studio did them dirty and they did what they can. i think the episodes with shitty animation like this one were outsourced to smaller studios to save money. yoshihara still did good handling the show overall

there is some crazy fluid animation in season 1, the animation on the first 2 episodes were impecable and the first round of the fight between Asta and Mars was really well animated
