Michael is a legend. I think Jeremy is a great teacher and has refined his skills so much that if you didn't know him you couldnt actually tell if he was genuine or not. And that authenticity speaks to the heart of sales Because its more than just money which is a by product of our success. Its the spirit in which you are of service to others that matters most. Its our relationship with each other. It transcends all the material things we think are important.

I do like natural selling however Micheal never demonstrates on video. It would good if they did a role play scenario...also his course is a book and mp3 may a suggest a video course might sell a lot better..just my opinion

Why does this huy not do a video course..?

This interview was really enlightening. One issue Michael is attempting to bring to light is how completely we have all been inculcated with the idea of an adversarial relationship between the prospective buyer and the seller. Kaleb asked how "concerns could be overcome" and Michael responded by pointing out that he did not regard what the prospect said as being something to be overcome. After explaining this, and pointing out how we are all taught and trained to frame matters in this way, Kaleb then used that same "overcome" language several more times when referring to interactions in the sales process. No criticism of Kaleb. My point is how thoroughly we are all immersed in this us-them framework. It is really hard to shake, yet this is the essence of Michael's method... detach from the sale in order to sell effectively. I can't claim in any way to have mastered this but I am beginning to see the point Michael is trying to make. I guess in everyday terms, I wouldn't try to "overcome" an idea a friend or colleague had if we were brainstorming or trying to solve a joint problem. I wouldn't be thinking that way at all. I would be thinking more along the lines of, "ok, great, I hadn't thought of that. Is there any way I can add something to that to make it an even better idea or more useful?"

It makes me angry listening to this, because I'm realizing more and more how much Jeremy Miner seems to have essentially STOLE this guys entire training and rebranded it as if he is the originator of everything he teaches... I wouldn't be so upset if he at least gave this guy credit as a mentor, or at least let him be a co-founder of his company or something... This kind man just seems like he completely taken advantage of. And unfortunately it doesn't seem to be in his nature to try to pursue anything legal against Jeremy.

Great content. With over 10 years of experience in B2B sales and leadership experience, I just started began my journey and listed my services on upwork and landed 2 contracts charging ~$7k per month for around 20 hours of work per week. I’m looking forward to diving into your resources!

So does Michael not believe in roleplaying, since i guess roleplaying would assume needs of a person based on making a sale, going against his principles?
