It is no guarantee that they can repopulate the world and if there is a chance it is going to be a long journey to build back what our eyes see this days..... Theoretically they have a hope like they calculated, realistic they don't know for sure and is all a game with low chances for surviving a catastrophe but the sick rich people's still believe they can make it.... Louch all the bombs and hide on a spaceship.... But for how long? Or hide in the submarine or other places where you think you can stay safe.... In reality they know that chances are low if they really bring up the heavy guns(nukes), I guess that's the reason they don't want to ruine the land(Earth) so the 3 world war will be executed by gassing people or same like they used other weapons like in Maui... Earthquake, vulcano eruption..... This elements cand asure them they will not overtake the war for them if they use mass destruction weapons.... It is all mathematical calculated and personally I think it will happen..... And who will make that first move??? Well... If not Brics then definitely America will do it...
