No it doesn’t affect it. The coastal passes the front of the estate which has already been constructed. Although they will expand the road a bit but it doesn’t affect the estate

No sir, the coastal passes the front of the estate and not the beach side. The road network has been constructed already by Hitech… Hitech and Dar are the main contractors for Maiyegun beach estate also
