I am so excited to write to you! I had your book. We had a hurricane here and I lost a lot of books and other things. I think ( if memory serves) that I made a lovely bracelet from that book. It is all crystals. I remember I had to buy them a few at a time and save them until I had enough! I am so excited that I 'met' you on You Tube!! Thank you!

Hi Laura, thanks so much for making this video. I love how you start the herringbone -- much better than starting with ladder stitch. And thanks too for the good idea of using an extra long piece of thread, so that we can work off both sides. I learned a lot! 😘

You showed a necklace you made using magatamas - do you have a video showing that? I have a ton of these beads but can’t find anything to make with them that I like but I loved that necklace. Thank you.

I've had a real problem over the years with 6 lb. Fireline getting cut by crystals in my bracelets over the years. Do you have any suggestions to strengthen it or coat it to prevent the crystals from wearing through the Fireline? Thanks. By the way, you're a very talented artist. I found your work years ago and have been awed and impressed.
@karenallen5208 Жыл бұрын
Great video! Laura, I have a question. Since using Fireline for nearly all your projects, have you ever had any break with time. I've had several bracelets made with crystals break with wear as the crystals eventually cut the Fireline. Do you have any tips on how to treat the Fireline to strengthen it to prevent the crystals from cutting it? Thanks. I love your work, by the way.

A friend of mine made a bracelet. How did stitched onto her she never took it off. She showered with it the whole thing she wore it for two years that’s showering every day, and it broke after two years.

Where have you been all my life?!! I'd like to see some parts of this video with a greater magnification, but your tips are fantastic. You've got me having bezeling fever again! I can't afford the Swarovski rivolis, but I'll just use the cheaper ones for now. I'm buying your book, I hope you show us how to do some of your incredible work 😮!!

I am confused about the pdf. The figure numbers match on the first page but on the second page the figure numbers say, for example, 14 but there is no figure 14. There are figures 54-59 on the second page. I’m not sure how to read the instructions for the second page. Please help. 🌸

I’m just wondering do you do it all in one length? I want to have a large feature pearl between each section. Would it be easier to do in pieces and then string together? Love your designs and wish it were possible to buy just instructions. Import charges make the kits cost prohibitive for me.
