Hey there! Yes of course. Firstly, it is on Switch. This video was recorded from the Switch version. Second, you will need to complete the Garraka Bounty and unlock the skin. Then, go to the ghost realm and select the overlord ghost and customize it. You should find the Garraka skin there.

You just have to find them and beat them in Skyscraper, but you have to be the one to suck up at least one of the different variants to add them to your vault. If another player sucks up the ghost, it won't register for you.

You have to get 9 hits on the Pokeys on the way to the cannon. Then, wait for the shell to hit the large Pokey 8 times.
