I have no idea :/ The time period at the very end of 1.9 and the release of 2.0 was peaking with new players and a ton more new levels. It is easy to assume it just never got the recognition it deserved, among thousands of new levels, just like other levels from that time period. Other similar examples: 'Bionuclear Anthrax' by Rlol 'VelVazation' by BassieGames
