Yes it is originally a Vietnamese dish! Because there was a period were lots of Vietnamese immigrated to Senegal and opened up businesses and lived there so they shared some of their culture and one of them is the spring rolls so it’s been adopted into Senegalese culture now too. It’s fascinating how history everyone is connected
