After listening Christopher's Lee "Charlemagne: By sword and cross" it's amazing for me, thanks for your work. Can also say, that "second Charlemagne", Otto The Great, also will be good theme for song. Man had a very interesting life, and I really love how germans showed him in their own documental movie

Thank you so much for your kind words and for connecting my song to Christopher Lee’s Charlemagne album-what an incredible project to be compared to! Otto the Great is indeed a fascinating figure, and his life offers so much rich storytelling potential. The Battle of Lechfeld and his role as the first Holy Roman Emperor are just a few highlights. I’ll definitely keep him in mind as a potential song theme. Thanks for the inspiration and for watching my video! 😊

Magnifique^^ Ni français, ni allemand, franc, rien d'autre.

This song is so emblematic of what Krampus is. Rough-cut and uncouth, powerful and a warning to those who ignore the warnings of being good to avoid bad karma. And Krampus is truly a terrifying part of Christmas lore in Germany-not just a "devil" who might spook you in the winter months, but a monster who punishes the evil in kind.

What an insightful comment! You're absolutely right-Krampus embodies that raw, unfiltered sense of justice and serves as a chilling counterbalance to the joy of the season. His role in German (and Austrian) Christmas lore is so much more than just a scare; it's a deeply symbolic reminder of morality and consequences. Thank you for capturing the essence of this song so perfectly in your words! 😊

I admire your talent and your empathy. I know well the historical figure of Xerxes, but untill hearing this song I had never realized how such a man ccould be seen as a tragic character. For a few fleeting moment my heart wept for him. Excellent work!

Merci.

The Russian winter is dreadful. The German soldiers had no chance . Germany can be cold in Winter . But this was intollerable. And the people of Stalingrad quite rightly fought well. These German boys were just pawns in a evil mans game . They fought for a evil ideoiogy brainwashed into thinking they were super and invincible. They were only human. May they rest knowing the truth anc in peace .

absolutely brilliant as per usual, Hel like her father is normally seen as a figure of evil when that very much not the case for either of them, as in my research on the older pantheons before Christianity's rise there usually was more of a focus on order and chaos over good and evil, that is not to say that good and evil were not present but it was usually not attributed to some great overarching force of evil or good and merely seen as the actions of men and gods. it could of course be argued that depending on the belief system the fates fulfilled that overarching force of good and evil as they wove the destinies of man and gods but from what I've read in regards to a few theories perhaps it was believed that the fates merely wove the possibilities and at the end of the day the gods and man could still affect their fates through their choices so while the fates had some control, man and gods could if they made the right choices to change their fates.

Exactly! I love the idea of the old religions (same with Egyptian) being centred around balance and nature. We need good and bad holding each other in balance. Glad you appreciated this song, I have a lot more coming up!

I was given the chance to see a prisoner of war camp in Britain . The camp was enforced home for some Italian but mostly German prisoners . I felt the axiety of those that lived their for that period of time . What touched me was the toys the prisoners made for British children and the photos of family some left behind .
