"Cis male"? Please don't use ideological language! There is only one kind of man - and they are all born male.

The main issues with SLAC wrist is that the scaphoidlunate ligament is gone so you dont have a ligament keeping your bones together and they rub and move and eventually collapse. There aren't great options for it but like with anything do your research and choose the best options and stay positive.

Thanks for the video. I have heel pain just on right foot and not in both feet. I am wearing night split on right foot as well. Why it is just one foot that is bothering me?

Unfortunately, you are not alone here - it's a common complaint we hear. Do you have a regular movement practice? Movement is medicine and can always be modified. Please let us know how we can help support you!🫶

I am so grateful to see this information finally coming to the forefront! (I see that even a year ago, when this video came out, it was still being ignored, judging by NO COMMENTS! This year (2024) we are seeing Dr. Sims on tons of videos. I am also an exercise physiologist, and for decades, no one would listen about female hormones and the differences between the genders. Times are changing now! This came up on my home page on KZbin, and that is saying a lot.

I love how you're very present in the moment. The action that you take is a result of what's happening in front of you. That's an important lesson for so many of us. Thank you Lee. I appreciate you.

Your thoughtful care & consideration of individual dogs & the pack (family) reminds me how to approach parenting. Doing what’s best/safe for your dog, yourself & the family, is teaching by example.

What a brilliant discussion of Warrior One. I am in awe of your ability to condense biomechanical (correct word?) information. You just clarified and summarized 20 years of experience and exploration: in a way I’m going to start over again today! #InclusiveParadigm. Love you two!❤

I love Deborah Quilter and all her information on RSI. I have been suffering for almost 2 years and in CT there is no Dr or PT that assists with RSI. I haven’t been able to get any help. Everyone sweeps it under the rug and think that you can recover quickly and keep doing your job.

Hi Lara! I practice your "let's flow" a few times a week. I recently realized I have been "ab gripping" chronically for over about 20 years. I have recently dropped the mental aspect and my belly is relaxing for the first time. From what I have researched and what I feel in my body, ab gripping creates strong upper abs and weak lower abs and weak pelvic floor. I would love if you did a podcast episode on this, as I know its a huge issue for women. I am looking for what exercises to do to restore balance and will keep doing your yoga videos <3 Thanks so much

This whole thing was so brilliant to listen to. I’ve taught that hand/vice thing in classes before (finger on ASIS & thumb on ribs) to get people to feel and find rib cage stacked over pelvis.

Your channel is a gem. Your count views don't reflect the quality of your channel. It might be your name with letters that hinder your popularity or some other stuff. It is worth checking. Maybe monitazation is not checked and algorithm have no insetive to recommend your channel. Please do check with some pros or compare to other channels your view count. It should be with views counts easily over thousands definitely. Sometimes people have two names. You could check up with YT. All the best.

The answer of the last question... that is my joy too and the wonderful thing to educate people about their body and helps people to feel better in their "home". That is the reason I'm so grateful and proud to be a LYT Teacher. Love you Lara & KB!

Great video- very informative! Can you please share what specific foods I can combine with foods like Avocado and or Nuts and even Crucifers to make complete Amino Acids on days I am going more plant based? I've always heard about things like Rice and Beans but I don't eat much of those (lectins and arsenic.) I do not have a gallbladder but seem to digest my foods fine. I have good gut health fortunately- I eat fermented Kimchi and Sauerkraut daily and only Whole Foods. I do not eat Sugar, Processed Foods, Whole Grains, Dairy, and very few Lectins. I drink mostly water or a whole lemon blended in water. For protein, my go-to's are Walnuts, Avocado, Wild Salmon, sometimes Steak, Pastured Eggs, pressure cooked Lentils, etc. I assume the food combinations to complete the amino acids has to happen at the same meal. I mostly try to be more plant based and limit animal proteins but it sometimes leaves me with less energy and a craving for meat. I know we need fat. Veggies and nuts alone are deficient in about 15 micronutrients that meat can offer including many complete amino acids. I suspect this is part of my issue. Some of those include Vit. A, B6, B12, D, F, K2, Amino Acids: Creatine, Carnitine, Carnosine, Taurine, Heme-iron, CoQ10, Cholesterol, CLA. I do exercise regularly and occasionally do some 18 hour fasting. My weight is great- BMI is 20. My physical was also excellent- great numbers all around. My BP is 103/66. I just want a little more energy sometimes. I like to hike- recently summited some big mountains so on my good days, I am fine. Just hoping to improve. I am also getting older now as well. Should I force myself to eat some LIVER once a week? Thanks!
