Just finished this show with my 4 kids last night. My oldest daughters are 13 and 11, both were crying buckets during this final scene. This show is timeless.

This show will always be one of my favorites from that time on TV. I was around 9/10 years old when this show finished. I remember coming home from school, and watching this show so many times. Even though I was young, and some of the topics at the time I was kind of oblivious to, shows like this really left an impact. Still do all these years later and I'm now 33 years old. Crazy to think how much time has passed, and even myself being out of school for many years now...I still feel at times like I'm young again relieving when this was still on TV. I know we often talk about how awesome the 90s and early 2000's were, and trust me...they were some of the best times of my life. Shows like this just really hit you with such good feelings when you're much older and thinking back.

Never watched this show but saw the memes. Even though I know nothing about it, I got emotional. It gives me the "there was a time where you played with your friends for the last time and no one knew it" kind of vibe.

Why did yall cut off the part where topanga says "don't you mean do well?" And he responds with "no, i mean do good". Its a simple but still deep and powerful correction. Topanga always sees life as striving excellence and being perfect. And even though that's important, feeny is trying to teach them to be good and do good. Such an important lesson so many forget

I had a Mr. Feeny in the form of a Mrs. Weiner. She was wonderful. One of my coworkers who graduated a different class said that his favorite teacher was Mrs. Weiner she was the type to believe in students and really push their boundaries. I don’t know if teachers care as much as they used to but a good teacher can leave an impression on a child that will last a lifetime.

I met William Daniels at a convention in Burbank two years ago. He was super nice. I really wish I made him card though saying that he was the best teacher television could bring us.

Ugh just finished rewatching the season. This episode makes me so emotional but this was such a good show in the 90s, I wish they made more shows like this. Mr. Feeny always said some powerful things that made you think, in some ways growing up he taught me as well.
