They are well good my GP Pointer will hit the same as the Garrett pointer, watch the KZbin video on how to super fine tune a GP Pointer there is a couple, the 1 you want to watch is when he put sticks a bit of metal on the side of it, you will be shocked. 😮😮

I have a knockoff one that is way more sensitive than the one you are using. I think it's just a chance thing as QC isn't going to be there for a $18 pinpointer

Hey, fantastic day mate - really chuffed for ya!... Still not had a short-cross mi'self, so they're well up on my bucket-list!... 😍 But yes, re: Pinpointers - def. loving my Garrett Carrot AT/Pro. The 'tune feature' is brilliant, (if you've not come across it?). So, you can switch back to 'maximum range' (when the target's out of the hole), so those little coins would 'Ding' nice and loud when searchin' thru the spoil/clod... Anyways, great video mate, and best o' luck on Saturday... Bobby 🐭

Thanks mate I've not had many short crosses to be honest. Most are usually long crosses when I find them. I'm getting a Garrett carrot again tomorrow as I used to have one before but lost it. It's annoying taking ages to find small targets with the pinpointer I've got now.

@@UkuleleBobbyKemp Yeah I did used to have one but lost it somewhere lol. The only other pointer I liked was the mi6 when I could connect it to my orx and adjust all the settings on the detector. But I don't think you can beat the carrot really. Thanks mate will let you know how I get on. 😀
