Wow! Good job mate! I'm curious, how would you sum (let say) the 2 main scale/soloing approach of Joey ? I hear a bunch of descending minor Pentatonic over quartal chords. Some people talks about Augmented scale with a natural fifth. Well, I might take the time to analyse it more! Thanks

0:18 charlie parker lick 0:45 descending pattern , 1:39 ascending pattern. Eldar reuses this run a couple times in his solos at 1:53 for example on moanin'

Amazing job! Joey is my favorite pianist. Underrated in my opinion. He deserves to be listed right up there alongside Chick, Keith and Herbie.

This is fantastic, thank you, also gives us great insights into Hancock’s style, it made me notice more the rhythmic element, the push and pull, reminds me of Errol Garner. But the turn around phrase he starts at 0.52, such a great sound.
