Cambodians have been working really hard to build infrastructures despite many obstacles in their path to fast developments, particulary heavy corruption in the society. If there was equally corruption like Vietnam or Thailand, Cambodia would have so far built bigger infrastructures many times better than today. Any country when corruption take heavy tool, the progress of developments are going to be slow or standstill.
