Pressure cooking the Chole twice made it too soft and it broke. You should have explained it clearly. 😏

save some portion dough in mixer jar grind it very smooth paste for binding purpose. or add 2-3 tbsp wheat or maida flour for binding or after placing dough on tawa wait little late until fully cooked well one side don't flip it too early.

This looks really good and I’ll try it out. There’s a lot of initial prepping flavours so it should be flavourful. Thanks for a great recipe. The captions are helpful and I just turned the volume off. Many recipes don’t have captions, but since this one does I can just read it and follow. Great job!
