Very bad hotel 👎👎 Not clean and very dirty The staff doesn't change sheets Neither do they clean the bathroom before new customers arrival There are also leakages ins ome rooms The carpets have not been cleaned

Bro, congratulations on your umrah, just a suggestion why you fill manually zam zam in these bottles, zamzam 5 liters (the one we buy at exit at airport) bottles are available on sale at bin dawood makkah as well Medinah too easily and at very reasonable cost. You can buy it from there and save yourself from this hassle. JazakAllah
