Generally any continuous offball movement is constantly repeated which makes it easier to stop. I like having variety instead of just one. The short answer is many do, but I personally prefer flow, jazz, Princeton and triangle. Is there a particular style you're going for?

It's a timing thing for me. Only time I do it is when I'm in the air and have nowhere to go. Works about 2-5 times a game but you shouldn't be in those situations often

The 32 has the potential of being better than the 23. The short answer is that the 32 is more risky.But better overall and the 23 is more consistent , but has less upside

Main two reasons are, it gives the opponent different looks to confuse them, and some of the weaknesses of one defense are covered up by another... An example is 3-2 vs pick and roll. Manual pick and roll puts players in both corners, which the 3-2 is weak to. Whenever someone does this, I'll jump into the 2-3 to defend the pick and roll, then back to 3-2 if needed
