I live in Kitchener and have done many road trips. Back in 2010 I drove to NFLD, 2017 I drove to PEI, 2018 I drove to Thunder Bay and did it again in 2019 and I did the 2017 and above trips in a car from 2006 that I paid $500 for and I still drive it today in 2024 and going strong. PEI is by far the most beautiful place in Canada I have ever visited. NFLD is the most scenic, exciting and longest road trip. Thunder Bay is a scenic drive and terrifying once you pass Sault Ste. Marie because it's 600 kms of no cell phone signal and very few gas stations. Im hoping one day to go west again to visit our next door neighbor called Manitoba.

@@WanderingWagars Not many people I know have the patience to sit in a car for hours on end, therefore I always go alone. I do what I want, where I want, whenever I want. I'm just really sad that Ontario's roads don't make it up to Moosonee. I hear that little town has nothing to offer, I could care less about a place, I just like to see what's between point A and point B. I'm not a airplane kind of guy, I don't want to miss out on what my eyes can see at ground level. I did Sudbury a couple of times this past summer and did it again just a few weeks ago when the leaves started to turn and I get the same feeling as you, fall season is my favorite. I just enjoy that feeling of not being bothered by the noise large cities produce, when I'm out and about on Canadian roads I'm at peace.
