at 12.3 you adjusted around 10.6 but as per app, it should be 8.4 + 0.4 = 8.8

Dear sir if wind will be 9.9 than will it be 10.2 rings adjustment?

P4 -15% min with 9.9 wind is 6.9 rings. In the yellow angle the adjustment should then be 6'.9 + 0.3 = 7.2 rings.
