In Slide about RAGs vs Fine-Tuning, definition seem to have got interchanged in the table. Fine-tuning explains about RAG and vice versa. you may want to correct it.

It seems that things are getting overly complicated and lacking clear direction. I've implemented a benchmark for a fraud detection model before, and the main role of a product manager here should be to define the KPIs-identifying key metrics based on the product’s needs. For example, we’d look at latency, TPS, scalability (similar to how we handle it in platform with Kubernetes HPA), as well as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score. The process should be straightforward: > Define KPIs. > Simulate scenarios. > Choose benchmarking tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow Serving). > Test multiple benchmarks. > Analyze and compare results against the KPIs. > If issues are found, iterate and calibrate, optimizing as needed (e.g., by adjusting hyperparameters). > Finally, ensure post-production monitoring. > This approach keeps everything aligned and focused on measurable goals.

In the case of products that have a technical customer base (i.e. enterprise software or internal tooling) the best type of engineering manager is also a great product manager. Splitting the roles tends to lead to many inefficiencies. It only really makes sense to split these roles when you're building direct to consumer products, imo.

For these types of questions, is the person being interviewed supposed to figure out why the statistic changed by asking the interviewer a series of questions until they find the answer? As in, this is a question that has a right answer and the goal is to find it? Or is the person being interviewed just supposed to share how they would approach this situation? As in "first I would check here, then I would check this, then I would look at that data etc"
