It's an interesting push routine. I always did biceps curls in pull days. Are you getting your routines from somewhere or making them up? Glad you are liking your gym membership. you are looking super lean and great!

I try to hit Biceps 3 time a week along with forearms. So it's thrown in, in one of my upper body days.

Hey man, you should check the Facebook sales page. I've found squat racks for as little as $75 - $200. There are also other weight machines people sell for super cheap.

Your discipline and commitment is great man. 14 pounds is huge! Doctors do like to tell people not to work out but that is the wrong advise. Like I was saying you don't want to do things that aggravate it, but you also want to get blood flow to it because that blood brings in the oxygen and nutrients to the cell and that is what the body needs to repair itself. Keep grinding and feel better brother

I was at 2280 but I just lowered to 2020. Pro 101g, Carbs 253g, and 67g fat. I try to keep my fat intake low.

I do have 1 question I just had top surgery November 29th how long did it take u not 2 have that tight feeling or stiff feeling is the best way I can describe it in ur chest

DEE for me it took until about mid to late March is when I started lifting, but really light weight. I had top Surgery October 28th. So you are close. I also didn't want to do much stretching of my scars as well so I was really careful with it. It all depends on how you are feeling yourself. Everyone is different some guys choose to lift after their 6 weeks for me it was not an option because I still had that tight feeling.

I have been on training consistently for almost a year. I used to train when I was 14 but from 14 to 22 I always went on and off and never stayed consistent.
