I am very speeded that in Japan, the country of high grade guitars and camera and mic , all the guitar demos have crappy sounds ! Sorry...but the guitar seems fantastic and the video sound not...kind regards.

Honest post saying early 70's. Cause you can't date those guitars. Maybe tones pots that's about it.

I owned the same model in red sunburst during the 80's. It's an excellent Gibson model. Now, I play on a rare Gibson Les Paul Signature (1974)

I own this guitar for a couple of months now and I just can say that is a killer axe. Beautiful crunchy and clean sounds and also a bigger lead and high gain rythm sounds.

I just noticed in the second part of the video, the sound is cleaner. Could you share with us what pedal you might have been using in the first part, Thanks a million.
@jimkostan99322 жыл бұрын
That's clean straight amp. I have that same amp.
@belenke8 жыл бұрын
Hi! Great tone. Are you using an overdrive or are you playing straight into the amp? Thanks! BB
@jimkostan99322 жыл бұрын
Straight amp.no pedals needed for a good FENDER. Reason why I say that I had the same exact amplifier.

Got the same model in a real tight flame cherry sunburst, Paid 700.00 off a guy selling it on ebay, It is Brand NEW condition, looks like he never played it at all, with the original hard case mint too! Sounds killer. I had the neck PU off when changing strings and it is a real 1/2" thick flame maple cap! Awesome guitar!

Damn! That's some pretty smooth and smoky playing! Only bad thing is that we can't see your fretting hand. I want to see how all them riffs are being played, damn it! I'll look for other videos of yours, hopefully with your left hand in them(playing guitar, of course!). Good Job!
