I was wondering why Boyfriend doesn't seem upset that Girlfriend bit it but then I noticed- right before she vanishes, she takes on the appearance of a KO'ed ally- entirely black with a white "x" in the middle. She's not perma-dead. She can be revived.

I’d like to also add that GF looks at BF before getting hit, and it’s the only time she does so. I’d believe she knew the hit was incoming*, and still smiling since she herself knows she won’t be out for good. the only counter to this I can find is that when hit, her silhouette has a sweat mark, which could indicate she actually *wasn’t* expecting the blow *GF also retains her demon horns in her spectre design, which (unless other spectres in OFF have horns) I think means she still might have some powers that come with being a demon (with one I’ve seen quite often being foresight) idk just a small detail
