@@ChessDocumentaries create a player from the edit roster section and add him to an mlb team…then replace the mlb team like this video shows. Creating a custom “team” isn’t the same as creating a custom “roster”. The game doesn’t have a “true” create a team feature. You have to sort of work around it.

I'm using MLB 23 for the league. There isn't a way to move rosters from year-to-year. You'd have to create an entirely new one for the new game and personally, I just didn't want to go through the hassle for creating ANOTHER entirely new roster for 2024 or 2025. The league runs on 23 and that's good for me!

All I want to do is make up fake rosters with the legendary players creating a all star line up from different generations and have to the computer play out the game. Is that possible? For example I’d love to watch Cy Young go up against Puhols… or Nolan Ryan throw against Lou Gehrig?

Probably. The Show has legend players already in the game as free agents. If you go into Roster Control and move people around, this can probably be done. Never tried it personally. Although, players that aren't already in the game, you'd have to find someone's creation of that player....which isn't ideal, but it's something.
