If memory serves Ben Roethlisberger's motorcycle accident happened when he was hit by someone making a "Pittsburgh Left". Very dangerous and stupid driving approach.

@@Pghyinzer that is correct! It was a car turning left in front of him. And he unfortunately, was not wearing a helmet which didn’t help.

@@buzztune-ft6lc great question! Nope!! It doesn’t depend on the county… it depends on the local municipality the home is in. They all have their own codes, pricing, and timeframes.

Whether selling as is or not, if a municipality requires an occupancy permit or an occupancy inspection, the seller would still be responsible for having it performed. Some municipalities will allow for a temporary occupancy permit, and then the new owner will have a specified timeframe to bring the property up to current standards in that municipality.

@@Pghyinzer it was at the corner of South Bouquet and Dawson. The buildings there are all painted really cool colors by walnut capital who manages a lot of the buildings right there. I love it with the colors and cathedral!
